After booking, we’ll send you a quick safety and how-to video so you know exactly what to expect. When you arrive, we’ll walk you through everything and give you a 5-minute test ride to make sure you feel comfortable before heading out.

Yes. Standard rentals are for riders 18 and older.

Each Swamp Bunnies rental includes:
A family-friendly bike setup
Helmets
Child seating options for little riders
A lock for easy stops along the way
A Bluetooth speaker for music on the ride
A picnic basket + blanket for a mid-ride break
A map

We recommend water, sunscreen, and a phone for navigation or photos.

Yes, we do require a quick waiver before your ride.
It just covers the basics so everyone understands how the bikes work and rides safely. It only takes a minute to complete and will be sent to you after booking.
If you’re bringing kids, a parent or guardian will sign on their behalf.

When you’re done riding, just lock the bikes at The Commons and you’re free to go. No need to meet or wait around.
Before leaving, we ask that you take a quick photo of the bikes and lock so we can confirm everything is returned.
We include a short grace period, and a small late fee may apply after that to keep things running smoothly for other riders.

Yes. Our recommended routes are flat, easy, and designed specifically for families.

You are responsible for the bike during your rental, but we aim to keep things simple and fair.

Each bike has a total weight capacity of around 440 lbs, including riders and cargo. If you’re unsure about your setup, just reach out and we’ll help you choose the best option.

We provide a lock and ask that bikes are secured whenever you stop. If a bike is left unlocked and stolen, you may be responsible for replacement.
If the bike is properly locked and something still happens, we’ll work with you to figure out the best solution.
